The Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival has a new fundraiser in 2026!

As our costs increase, we are looking for additional ways to raise funds so that we can continue to offer world-class jazz for free to our community.There will be an Early Bird Draw on June 15th for a prize package of $450 value and the final 50/50 draw will take place on July 19, 2026, at the Festival. NEW Festival Enthusiast (Annual):

The Festival Enthusiast Program is a new Revenue Generation program from our Non Profit Organization, to help support the rising costs of providing a free 3-day Community Festival.

It provides individuals in the Community (or companies buying for individuals), the opportunity to contribute outside of traditional donations to the Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival, by purchasing the annual Program to support, while gaining some value in return. This includes receiving Year Round perks (i.e. Exclusive offers from Participating Businesses, regular prize draws, opportunity to provide Festival input ++),  Pre-Festival Exclusive bonuses (I.e. a curated streaming playlist of the Festival Artists, access to the Digital Program before the general release ++), and Festival Weekend Benefits (i.e. 10% off Festival Merch, a Festival Enthusiast pin, a hand fan to keep you cool ++).  The first 50 Purchasers of the Festival Enthusiast Program in 2026 will receive $25 BIA Dollars to use at Uptown Waterloo BIA Businesses). 

$150 with a $75 instant tax receipt. 

NEW VIP Weekend: 

Another new Offering available this year to help drive Revenue Generation for our Non Profit Organization, and to help support the rising costs of providing a free 3-day Community Festival, is the VIP Weekend Experience.

The VIP Weekend Experience provides individuals and companies the opportunity to enjoy the Festival in an exclusive ticketed and fenced off section that will be set up to the left side of the main seating area by the front of the stage with tables, chairs, umbrellas, high-top cocktail tables with table service for bar and non alcoholic drinks and the ability to bring paid food truck food in (separate cost). Light snacks will be on the tables.

$150 per person for the full weekend.
