All Vendor types are subject to the following:
Base rate includes 10ft x 10ft space and one power connection.
Requires a City of Waterloo Vendor License (fee waived for new applicants)
Requires appropriate insurance for the festival
Products must be approved prior to the Festival.
Vendors must provide their power needs at the time of application. Power requirements are locked 14 days before the festival begins
Running water is not available

Must opt into a corporate sponsorship before requesting space at the festival.
